I can't remember the name of the woman who was working the front desk when I arrived, but she absolutely fantastic. She greeted me warmly and made sure that all my needs were met. I don't remember her name but I DO remember she had pets (sugar gliders, to be specific) and we chatted a bit about that. She was welcoming to everyone who entered the hotel and made sure I was comfortable after a long, tedious drive on my way back to Chicago. I believe I arrived at 9pm-ish on Sunday night (if that helps narrow it down?). Many thanks to her!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick check in. Building was well maintained. Room was exactly as shown in photos, nice and clean & beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. We got a good rate on our room and had a pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again when visiting this area.

Breakfast was ok, not great. Dana at the front desk was awesome. Recommended things to do, very helpful, friendly, and an absolute joy to talk to.

The friendliness of the staff and willingness to ask us "could we do stairs" even though we had not indicated poor mobility. I have never experienced this before. She went above and beyond to explain what to expect regarding breakfast, etc.
